The Shafaq-e-Tabassum shawl brings to life the grandeur of Kashmiri artistry on a luxurious deep cocoa base. Embellished with large paisley motifs that run in rhythmic sequence across its expanse, this piece celebrates the timeless elegance of Sozni embroidery. Shades of ruby pink, turquoise blue, and saffron gold interlace with delicate floral vines, creating a tapestry of colors that shimmer subtly against the dark backdrop.
Each elongated paisley medallion (buta) is a masterpiece of patience, its intricate needlework reflecting countless hours of artisanal devotion. The smaller scattered motifs add balance, evoking the image of blossoms scattered across an autumn garden in Kashmir. A fine border at the edges completes the shawl with dignified restraint, ensuring harmony in design.
Majestic yet versatile, the Shafaq-e-Tabassum drapes gracefully, perfect for evening gatherings or adding a regal touch to everyday attire. It is not just a shawl, but a legacy woven in thread — carrying Kashmir’s soul, heritage, and splendor in every fold.
